OK, my plan was to buy a cheap laptop for travel and to install a version of Linux, so I started to watch. It 'obvious that I simply could not do it. I MacHead way back, and then synchronize with a desktop and application compatibility has become a problem. I needed a small, lightweight, and is certainly small and light. I needed a robust, and this is difficult. But the keyboard is absolutely amazing. I'm not a trackpad fan, but I really like this. It took about an hour to adjust to it, and I had nothing else. The display is beautiful. At best I've ever seen one exception. Glossy display is less than ideal in certain lighting conditions. Anyway, I tend to set the display, and this is good, but the reflections can be a bit 'too much. OTOH, in decent lighting conditions, it is wonderful. I spent a lot more than I wanted, but I'm using this machine a lot more than I wanted too. Shows every bit 'of action as well as my desktop, it came. The original plan was to use only for the trip, because I very much like a form factor laptops. Except for this.

It is not only something wrong if I have a completely black screen ... The vidcard is evil, which is connected to the motherboard.
